Just arrived to day from Italy to Dubai on my kitchen this oil from Montefiore, one old meddle age village 'borgo' situated on Emilia Romagna region. Forget about, what a shame!

Make this super easy and cheesy penne pasta with chicken for a cozy date night at home. Thanks to Barilla Pronto Penne pasta that does not require boiling or draining. Just cook everything in one pan!

This was the best fillet of beef cooked at home of the 2016. This evening I prepared one, exactly the same cut, the same breed of cows from the same country and bayed from the same supplier but wasn't same! The animals are like us, not everyone can be good!

After all afternoon trying 14 risotto on the jury of the Summit contest I need something simple, tasty and meaty helped by good red. Australian grass feed black Angus fillet of beef, Sarawak black pepper & intense and tasty Sicilian biologic extra virgin olive oil. Helped by Super Tuscany red, at home, Dubai.

Let's try this beautiful cheese, 'Luna Piena' (full moon) seasoned from Sicilian Iblei area, bloody rind, whole pasteurised cow's milk herds from Iblei mountains following old traditional technics. Many Italian specialties only by name but not on the reality on the menu. The must surprising one on the list was 'cacio & pepe' with beef bacon and Parmesan when just need pecorino Romano, black pepper and the pasta cooking water! I reach a compromise with the chef: please no cream on the porcini mushrooms risotto!
