Spaghetti carbonara to something real and authentic.

Just ‘spaghetti alla carbonara’ for a quick lunch;
Please use guanciale and don’t use bacon.
Please don’t add any garlic.
Please use freshly crushed black pepper and don’t use powder.
Please use pecorino Romano and don’t use some Parmesan coming from the cup side down world.
Please cook the spaghetti in enough quantity of corse sea salt water.
Please drain the spaghetti and add to the pan with the guanciale and steer togedar.
Please fast add the spaghetti to the bowl with the eggs and steer again.
Please don’t even think to add any cream.
Please don’t add any herbs at all.
Please when ready stop to smoke, chatting, playing, flirting and seat and eat.
