Just a quick lunch whit a VIP friends of mines (unnamed for security reason), unmissable culinary disquisition about the use of cheese with fish dishes. Beautiful restaurant in the center of the French Quarter, cozy and green Patio with a good Classic Old Jazz background music. Contemporary and sofisticate Louisiana Cuisine. Not bad the 'risotto' a little out of the Italian canonic way but properly cooked and tasty, also very good the the Nigella Tuna, perfectly rear, tender & juicy. Unfortunately where served a little could! Sorry for the dark pictures but don't have light at all!

Authentic Italian charcuteries served with 'crescentine' & good Italian selection of cheeses. Light, crispy and tasty the pizza half way Napolitanen to Roman style. The pasta is cooked properly al dente, but the dishes are quite unusual, untraditional combinations of ingredients, pasta shapes & sauce. I will try again soon!

Eating in Zuma it's always a pleasure, quality food & service standards and even the menù are the same worldwide. Just change some of the fresh ingredients locally sourced.
The Zuma Miami is very nice in a better location with a terrace on the canal, but The Zuma Dubai still always the must chic & trendy!

It can not just say it's an Italian restaurant, American chef, not Italians around and some spelling mistakes on the menu! But is a good Mediterranean restaurant, the spaghetti alla chitarra were good, tasty and perfectly al dente, the grilled octopus whit the chorizo was very pleasant and reminded to me the "pulpo gallego" flavour. The fillet of beef was perfect, juicy and extremely tender. One more pleasant dinner. By the way, the stunning beauty of this villa still worth a visit!

Ultra darkness, no light for pictures at all!
The tuna tartare and the scallop where very fresh and quite good. Unfortunately, the ravioli were over charged of too many different flavours and the filling was hard to feel! I always outside Italy our dishes are over garnish, over charged of flavours, spices and herbs and even cream. When you cook same Italian dishes please keep simple. Simplicity is the best virtue of our cuisine! Thank you.
