One more pleasant dinner in Dubai, interesting compromise between classic and contemporary Spanish cuisine; very tasty 'Arroz negro' black sepia ink rice & perfectly tender inside and crispy outside skin 'cochinillo de leche' oven backed suckling piglet. About the 'espresso' I can't complain even if I wan to... it's Spanish restaurant and not Italian one, but for sure could easily improve!
