Italian Cuisine World Summit
At Gelato Chefs Cup 2016 contest, held at Gelateneo by Gianni Gelato, saw the participation of 16 contenders, who tried to impress with their presentations and flavours. They were judged by Chef Fernando Galbiati, Chef Alessandro Cargiolli, gelato expert Mario Bombazzi, chairman of Gianni&Gelato Gianni Cimitan, Maurizio Pelli (THE CULINARY CLINIC | by Maurizio Pelli), chef, expert in gelato making Andrea Grandville. The first 5 chefs qualified to the final which will be held at the The Speciality Food Festival, Dubai World Trade Center, in the stand of the 8th edition of the Italian Cuisine World Summit 2016 in Dubai.
