Italian Cuisine World Summit 2009: Hong Kong The 8th edition of the #ItalianCuisineWorldSummit2016 ended last week with the lasts events of the anteprima of the #FirstItalianCuisineWeekintheWorld after the Minister Maurizio Martina on the 7 of November officially opened in Dubai #TheExtraordinaryItalianTaste instituted by the Italian Government trough the 'Ministero delle politiche agricole, forestali e alimentari'. Like all the previous Editions in Dubai also this year the Summit grows more then any previsions in perfect Dubai style! More Michelin Starred Chefs, more young and veteran Italian chefs, even not Italian chefs cooking Italian strongly passionate and motivated working in endless events. Pizza men, ice cream makers, coffee bar tender performing all over the City the Italian taste in the Italian way. Journalist, food expert, food critics, jury for all the contests, producer, importers working all together since before the official opening and after the official closing. Was a real great success first of all for the interest for the Italian Cuisine manifested by the copious affluence of the multinational Dubai Public in the 'Open Events'. Like always the Summit in give the opportunity to our Italian chefs, producers, exporters and everybody involve in the food, wines and cuisine the chances to be know and discovered outside Italy not only in Dubai but all over the World because Dubai is a World's 'show room' where all the Italian chefs working around the World ( #GVCI2001 ) participates at this great event. Many thanks to the Italian Embassy and the Consulate General in Dubai for the support and the constant welcomed presence all over the events.
